Yes, you can preview your wedding website as a specific guest if you want to get an idea of what their experience will be when they access your wedding website! If you're customizing your guests' schedules and inviting only certain guests to certain events, this helps you ensure the right people are seeing the right information. Guest preview is managed in the "Guest Management" tab. Once you enter your wedding website as that guest, you will be able to check the Schedule page to make sure the only events showing are ones the guest is invited to. Additionally, you can check the RSVP form to see the guest name(s) auto-populated accordingly.
Couples all over the world are using Riley & Grey to create their wedding website, and often there are languages other than English represented. If you would like to translate your site into a different language, we are happy to help!
Instantly update your website language, and all of the pre-populated text including buttons, headers, the RSVP page, and more. Language translations are available in Afrikaans, Danish, Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Vietnamese.
If the language you need is not already represented, we are happy update your website for you with the proper translations.
Regarding dual-language/bilingual/multilingual support, we don't currently offer a toggle that would allow you to choose what language your guests view the website in, however, we can work with you on a solution that best fits your needs directly.
Yes, you can always make and save changes to the content, photos, and design of your website after publishing. Once your website is published, all saved changes are live immediately. If your site is live but you're not ready to share it or certain sections with your guests, you can set a site password or hide sections until they're ready.
You are welcome to keep your website up for as long as you'd like, but when you're ready for your site to be taken down and no longer own your domain name, Riley & Grey offers a digital archive package for $39, which is a full-resolution PDF of your entire website so every personal piece of your beautiful site can be seen as you scroll down the pages. Prices are in USD.
Riley & Grey does not provide a service in which we will build the website for you. However, Riley & Grey has excellent technology that makes it easy and convenient to build a gorgeous wedding website without a lot of effort and without needing technical knowledge.
Riley & Grey is completely free to sign up for and start building your website. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not require a free trial or force you to quickly make a decision: you can take as long as you need to build out your wedding website before paying.
