Absolutely. Once you're ready to end your Riley & Grey membership, if you’d like to maintain ownership of your custom domain name, just send us an e-mail and we will transfer ownership of the domain name to you. Whether you are securing your domain name through Riley & Grey, or already purchased one from another provider that you will be using for your wedding website, it can be yours to keep.
They’re free! With your Riley & Grey membership, you’re able to access all of our coordinating invitation and save-the-date designs, and download to send digitally through Guest Management. Our invitations are beautiful and make it easy to have a cohesive look and feel from your wedding website to your invitation set. Riley & Grey does offer printing services for a fee for paper invitations, menu cards, and more.
There is no cost to send as many invitations as you’d like! Whether you’re looking to send 5 or 500 invites, it’s all included with your Riley & Grey membership. We encourage you to play around with our invitation editor and design your invitation set for free.
Using our Registry is free for Riley & Grey members on monthly or annual plans. For monetary gifting towards cash funds or cash equivalent gifting, there is a transaction fee of 2% for bank accounts, and 2.5% for credit cards that can be paid by the gift-giver (common) or the couple. There is no cost for transferring gifts to your bank account, and bonus value may be earned when cash gifts are redeemed for gift cards from popular retailers such as Amazon, West Elm, and Delta. Unless your guests are gifting checks or paying you directly from their bank account on peer-to-peer digital payment services, there truly is no free option out there, and we offer the lowest fees in the industry.
